The Staff were very helpful.The cleanliness of the entire property starting from the parking lot extending into the room was amazing.The breakfast was top notch with lots of options both hot and cold.I highly recommend this Hotel.

It’s good except our room is on the first floor busy street by the window and we can hear the vehicles, motorcycles driving by at night. Also, upstairs room people with heavy walking we hear it for 2 nights should make upstairs padded carpet. Also, we were out all day and our room didn’t get clean or get new towels they said we had to tell housekeeping about it and we were not aware about it.

The receptionist Hannah was very nice and accommodating. The hot breakfast was really good and area kept clean. Loved the 24/7 coffee and tea availability. Paying for parking is a little ridiculous given that the hotel has plenty of spots. Our room smelled like a hospital or a nursing home, not a very pleasant smell. They only put 3 bath towels in a room for 4 people, so we had to go ask for bath towels each time. I would stay at this hotel again though. It was very convenient for us and super close to the airport.

Arrived to pillows that smelled like sweat and sheets stained. Front desk has the cleaning lady( Carmen) go up to swap out the pillows and bedding. She proceeds to have an attitude and making snide remarks. There isn’t a need for that. They wanted her to clean everything and all I wanted was to get the bedding and pillows swapped out. Once completed resorts to saying. Please check them. Because if not I’ll stay here all day swapping them for you. No need for that tone nor attitude. Mumbling obscenities under her breath not knowing I know the language. One of the worst stays I’ve had in 8 years of traveling.

The self-service parking is easy and hassle-free, and the front desk staff are friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and pleasant. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, including a microwave and mini fridge — amenities that many newer hotels no longer offer. Guests can enjoy a full hot breakfast daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and the 12:00 PM check-out time is perfect for those with late flights or relaxed travel plans. The complimentary shuttle service to SFO Airport is an added convenience that makes this hotel ideal for travelers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!
