Convenient and comfortable hotel near the airport

Arrived after a long haul flight delayed by 7 hours to a foyer full of young people in a school trip. Took a while to check in but receptionist was polite and helpful. Room large and clean. As comfortable as we would expect from a Hampton hotel. Toiletries and towels were good quality. Shower could have been a bit more powerful but ok. Breakfast was included and lots of choice. Hotel arranged a taxi for us, only had to wait 5 minutes. Driver was chatty and polite. Reasonable fare.

I liked that it was quiet, clean and felt safe. Staff was nice however when I checked in, the front desk person didn’t tell me how to get to my room (what floor), didn’t explain the Wifi or that parking over night had a charge. I had to ask what the charge was when I checked out. When I got to the room, the TV channels didn’t work which isn’t a big deal for me but could be for some.

The one night we stayed here, there was a group of around 10 teenagers just hanging out here and also staying at the property for the night. Most of them looked underage and they were noisy

I stay at Hampton when I visit San Francisco, but on this given day my experience wasn’t so pleasant with 3 hours of noise from the drilling and hammering with the elevator that was next to my room. I couldn’t get a nap before my evening plans. Overall it’s normally pleasant.

Arrived early morning , have to pay $99 for early check in which fine. Front desk gave us a clean , spacious room . Staff are very nice and friendly…. breakfast have a lot of option protein and carbohydrates, cereals , coffees and juices. electric cars are parked facing the lobby , while regular cars are on the sides. Thou. back door is another option just make sure u have a room to enter property . Highly Recommend
