I am writing to report an issue with our current stay at the Hilton San Francisco, booked under my name. Unfortunately, the room provided to us Aug 29-31st] was unsanitary and unacceptable:
The beddings was itchy for the two beds, and the pillows had a strong unpleasant odor.
My wife developed skin rashes after lying on the bed.
When we reported the issue to the front desk on our first night, we were only offered a transfer to a room with one bed. Since there are three of us staying (including my mother), this was not a reasonable solution.
The hotel sent new bed covers but did not provide new pillows, and the staff member sent did not replace the bedding for us. We had to change it ourselves, which added to the inconvenience.
Because of this, we were unable to sleep at our usual time. The delay, lack of proper resolution, and stress left us exhausted before our scheduled convention activities at the hotel, further compounding the discomfort and negative impact of our stay.
Given the inconvenience, we were not able to make it on time for the Convention.AWESNA GROUP booked more than 200 guests and some of my colleagues have same experiences we had the first night. When spoke with the manager
