One of the black out blinds in my room was missing and my room was facing Polk street 3rd floor. Not a good spot to be. The TV never worked. On my 2nd and final night I asked the gentleman at the reception to help me and he found all cables were unplugged. Not sure how they would leave a room in that condition before a check-in. There was only one light switch in the room by the door although there were two bedside lamps that were operated by the same one switch by the door. Any room facing Polk street with very flimsy windows would be too loud at night. I needed white noise. It’s what you pay for.

Noisy and cold rooms, the breakfast is just a bad joke, broken doors. You will pay 56$/day parking. The maids are screaming starting from 6:00 am, they don’t care if you sleep. Paper thin walls. 0 stars from me…don’t come here, you will be disappointed

Great hotel and nice rooms. The vibe and the interior are very modern and boho-chic. I gave four stars because even though complementary breakfast was provided as advertised, it was just pastries and yogurt. I'd still stay again.
