We booked an Embarcadero view room and ended up with a room looking out into a brick building and garbage cans. Cool seeing Giants players in the Elevator and Lobby. The room was average you pay for the location which can’t be beat!

Great alternative

TV had issues but was too tired to switch rooms. Fairly new hotel in South Beach. Probably opened a few years ago but still mostly new appearance. They should focus on steam cleaning the carpet. It would make it look better.

This is not the luxe SF experience you get near Union Square, but if you are coming here for a quick stay in The City for a SF Giants game, it is perfectly located- directly across the street, It’s average and more a three-star hotel, definitely not four. They have a rooftop bar, and do not have soundproof windows, so it’s very loud at night. They have “room service” until 11:00 am. We got a burnt bagel and a cold waffle with no syrup delivered. The elevators are accessible to anyone, ie you don’t need a room key to operate it, which felt unsafe for that area.
