The good: the lobby has a great ambiance and style, including fireplace and good coffee. The location is pretty convenient, close to Union Square. The game room could have been fun if it was open. The not-so great: It was hard to arrive - no place to stop the car for drop-off in front, and the front door is locked (for safety). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and we had to ask for sufficient blankets and pillows (froze on the first night). There is no breakfast but there is a great crepe place a few doors away. Minor point - the bathroom is large but there is no place to put stuff. If you put in some hangers/hooks and/or small tables and a nightlight it would increase the livability of the space.

Very friendly staff and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I highly recommend staying here the memorabilia and we have nonstop. Talked about this hotel and have recommended it to a lot of friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful day and the bottle of wine was amazing.

Room was super tiny - even though it was a 2 bed, in comparison to my friend's 1 bed they had a bigger bathroom and walking space! Our Room didn't have an extra locking which is not safe/ideal for families. Our Toddler was able to open the door so we had to leave our suitcases in front of the door. Suprised that a 5 dollar upper lock was never thought of. Furthermore, staff is absolutely not friendly and appear annoyed. And there was no communication on the amenities that came with the hotel! Which I apparently was charged for!!! 3 x 35!!!! How is there a resort fee when this is not a resort!
