The hotel was in a very convenient area of being able to walk to all the wonderful Japanese restaurants and stores nearby. However the room was very disappointing in terms of the size and layout. Another note to consider is their parking spots are very limited.

Service at reception was above and beyond. Place was super clean. The gymette was mediocre and the one treadmill needs service. The room had really nice beds, bedding, and shower etc. Compact and well arranged. Coffee etc available in AM free in the lobby. HVAC excellent. REASONABLE PRICE.

Nice hotel in prime location of San Francisco neighborhoods. Literally across the street from Japantown shops and restaurants. We walked to Haight and Asbury and Pacific Heights. Much better than staying downtown to see real San Francisco!
