Room was clean, staff was nice. Good value. Very small room, no desk. Awesome location in North Beach. Great place if you’re planning to spend most of your time in out in The City.

The front desk staff was kind and polite. The location is great, the linens were clean and in good condition. The pillows and bed were a bit of an issue but is minor and I still slept comfortably. I would definitely stay here again, it’s a block a way from cobb’s comedy club and a short distance from north beach.

It’s hard to describe how dirty and disgusting this place is. We left within 10 minutes of checking in. There were filthy wet towels in the hall on the floor, the carpets are black with dirt, the tiles are falling off if the shower walls. Do not stay here. I would give this a negative score if I could.

Rooms are clean, but carpets on the room are dirty, could use a good steam, and my mattress was bad, no support, I could feel the metal springs as I lay down. Needed to be replaced or add a top mattress pillow.

Very cool stay. If you're looking for modern this is not the place for you. The history is very cool, staff was great and neighborhood as well was awesome. There are no TV's in the room. We were cool with it. It would've ruined the vibe. Once you check in here definitely look up the history of the hotel. Awesome stories
