Upon our arrival, the air conditioning unit had a water leak, and the floor was wet. The front desk promptly changed our room. However, the other room lacked an iron, so I had to return to the previous room to retrieve it. The furniture and amenities were modern and new, but the cleanliness was lacking. We stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room until we called the front desk on our last night. Breakfast was the same every morning and offered limited options. All the food was unhealthy and excessively sugary. I would give the hotel three stars for the quick response from the front desk and the EV chargers, as well as for the modern furniture.

We didn't require daily room cleaning, and the maids were ok with that. Coming from a small community that doesn't recycle, I could have used more info about what could be recycled and composed. Also, a list of the local TV stations would be quite helpful. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the noise level was minimal.
