A major disappointment. It was a great hotel, but now very marginal but yet with a very high cost. The restaurant, which was a coveted location, is no expense but the food terrible . No room amenities of any kind. A real disappointment and we will not be back.

I have only great things to say about the property - clean, spacious, quiet, great location, pleasant staff and good value. What’s keeping me from giving 5 stars is their billing practices. One week later, there is still a room hold charge of +$400 on my card, despite the bill being paid in full (also on my card). Plus a food & beverage credit is still not reflected. I’ve called the hotel twice and was told to be patient. This is not okay! I have never experienced this with a hotel before and I have traveled extensively.
