Front desk staff - all exceptional. Bed - hard as a rock. Lobby area beautiful. Bartenders - atrocious, overcharged vastly for one drink (at least nine dollars more than what was listed on the cocktail menu they handed me) Lukewarm water at best in tub/shower. Could not get heating system to work at all.

I had an amazing stay at The Marker in San Francisco. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free, and the location made it super easy to get around the city. My only small complaint is that the in-room TV setup is limited to cable only. It would be great to have access to streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube for more entertainment options. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

So grateful to Mr Dhali Jenna at the front desk! He was so warm and helpful by providing so many wonderful tips for the service within the hotel and great advice for traveling around sf. Really too notch. I come to SF every few month 5 for a weekend getaway. I've stayed at most of the 3-5 start places near Union Square. This is right up there with all of them. Quiet. Clean. Lovely modern and fresh decor. Hot water with great pressure. TV went right to my channels and no disruptions. Fridge, save, and plenty of soft towels. Love the quietness. Best part was the two separate lines with fireplaces. Cozy but fresh. Staff were all so attentive. Gio was very helpful but not intrusive.

The room was small but adorable. Quirky cute and definitely served its purpose. Front desk was super friendly and helpful! Only annoyance … $85 ($75 plus tax) for parking per night so we paid over $1000 for 4 nights between hotel and parking.. Overall, wonderful stay.. Will definitely be back!
