Fantastic location, close to Golden Gate bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, right outside Lombard Gate to Presidio, and public transportation. Clean and comfortable bed. Room needs update. Inner sheer curtain has mold and needs to be replaced. Towels are very thin. Window foggy, old and needs to be replaced. Great neighborhood.

Friendly & helpful management team

Vjay the manager was very helpful and arranged parking for me as well as help with my luggage. :) I was dismayed to find that I was on the third floor and there isn't an elevator but Vjay carried my suitcase up for me and the front desk arranged help on my way down.

The owners of the property were extremely amenable and kind. Parking was great and convenient. The rooms were clean and the beds, comfortable. Breakfast was fine, crowded and a little dirty. The grounds could be kept a bit cleaner as well. Overall though, The rooms are in need of some repair and servicing however. Nothing major. I would stay here again though.

We were greeted by two gentlemen who were very friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our time with them. The room was quaint but clean, and sufficient for our trip. It was clean and the air conditioner worked. We would stay there again.

Not bad.

Friendly guy at the front desk. Be aware that bottom floor rooms are quite noisy. Free parking was nice (but limited). I’d stay here again - but on the upper floor.

I had purchased bed and breakfast but hotel had no breakfast. They did not also have mineral water bottles or even a water filter/ purifier from where I can fill up my bottle. Room and checkin check out were fine. For check out there was no one to talk to at the reception. There was a number I could call at who advised me to slide the room key under the door and that'll be it.

The staff were very kind and helpful upon check in. The hotel is very close to the Presidio which is a beautiful area to walk and ride bikes. We will certainly be returning when we have more time. Thank you.
