We booked this property on twice as it was close to the airport (on our way to Philadelphia and on our way back from Philadelphia for a total of three nights). The pictures displayed on the website of the property are misleading. It is shabby unkempt and badly in need of renovation. The toilet doors in both rooms were shabby sliding wooden doors which would not close properly. On the second occasion we were given a room on the second floor requiring us to carry three large bags and three cabin bags by ourselves up and down the stairs. The reception staff were not helpful as they refused to give us a room on the ground floor. At the end of the stay we asked the reception staff whether we could leave the bags with them as our international flight was in the night and they refused. They only have a tiny closet sized room for left baggage which is not adequate at they have 200 rooms according to the website. The receptionist said we can complain to the owner. I said that I will write a review and the lady said "fine" but refused to give her name or title. We ended up carrying our bags to the airport and leaving them there and spent the time until departure in the city. The whole stay was a very bad experience. Please avoid this property.
