The gentleman who checked us in seemed a bit irritated. He may have been not feeling well seeing that he went back to get a tissue to wipe his nose, where he then gave us our room keys without washing his hands. We were gone most of the day in hopes our room would be restocked with towels & bed made, but neither was done. No free breakfast either.

Bennie who checked me in was so friendly and nice. Got me into a room early as I had a long flight and I appreciated that so much. The service in the bar area in the evenings given by Mike, were outstanding! He remembered all three of our names and orders for the week were there. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help out.

Quite decent airport hotel

We’ve been staying in a lot of hotels around the Bay Area recently. This one had everything you could want. It was comfortable and clean and had a good TV. The location was convenient and the beds were very comfortable. We considered the price quite reasonable as well.
