Almost everything was awful. Toilet quit working in the middle of the night (would not fill With water). We had to walk to the next room in our pajamas with no assistance from hotel staff moving bags etc. I asked about a refund , and was told the manager would not be in until Noon (we were checking out before then ). Turned in our key and went to The breakfast) where a woman was feeding her dog at of the tables. Hardly acceptable. Dining room bathroom was locked and had No paper towels. I suspected that a person was camped out in the big stall And I reported that to the front desk but no one checked while I was there. I thought a homeless person might have been inside which was upsetting. No customer service at all.

There were loud party below, called front desk and general manager but no one answered. Left voice message but no return call. 2-3AM? Just not acceptable, pretty sure other people probably had complained. Could hear people next door woken up and trying to see where noise was coming.

The room was fine and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast actually had gluten free muffins available if you ask for them. My problem was the lack of good signage in the hallways. I got turned around once and had to walk around the entire hotel to find the lobby.

My room was great. I like that there's a sink outside the actual bath room and there's also a sink in the bathroom. I appreciate that the manager heard me when I said that I prefer a room away from kids. I don't like waking up to screaming of any kind. The grounds are well-maintained.

Clean room. Appreciated the security guard in lobby since the area around the airport felt a little rough, but then they let Uber eats onto the floors unsupervised. The Uber eats delivery person just randomly knocked on hotel doors.
