I arrived after 11pm due to a late flight. When I walked in there was no one there to check me in. I waited there ten minutes before someone came back to help me. After checking in I asked for a water and he said “no that’s only for platinum members”, I then asked him what I am, he again stated it was only for platinum members, I asked him four times and he said the same thing, never telling me what I was. I’m guessing he couldn’t spare the .25c water to a person he left standing there for ten minutes. Most hotels I stay at give you water at the front desk, maybe also cookies etc. Big fail.

Property is ok. Downside: motel 6 next door. Noisy and a bit janky. Airport noise. Hotel surprised me with $50 charge for parking. I was told the parking fee is $10 and I would get $40 refund on my card when I check out. Remains to be seen. If this charge was disclosed somewhere I missed it. Hope I don't have to deal with a dispute. . There is a large parking lot at the property with no other parking options. I heard an employee explain to another employee in training this is a "force charge". Shifty and shady practice. I didn't appreciate being put on the spot, forced to shell out another $50.00. The pillows gave me a stiff neck. All in all not the best experience.

A Return Guest

This is now the fourth time we've stayed at this establishment. While we've always enjoyed the free breakfast and parking, this trip was met with surprise when we were charged $10 for parking. While we were disappointed by the $10 fee, we will say that the fee was very low compared to other hotels in the area, BUT that's what kept us coming back to this particular hotel was the FREE parking. I hope the management changes their parking situation in the description so that guests won't be surprised by the charge.
