We were there for a competition and the hotel staff was lovely, our room was even ready early, which was a huge help. The restaurant staff and hotel staff were super friendly and kind, and the property was a good value and nice and clean.

The room was clean, staff was very friendly, check in was very smooth and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, the airport shuttle was convenient but the driver not to friendly and breakfast was not free we had to pay for it but it was nice with all the fixing that we enjoyed

If you don't live in or near San Jose, this is a terrific option for actually getting some sleep before an early-morning flight out of SJC. Very clean, nice room, and close to the airport. Unfortunately, the hotel shuttle starts at 5 and we needed to get going a little earlier, so we made other arrangements. But we will definitely consider staying here again if we need to take an early flight!
