Have room away even reservation and payment

Check in was awful. Even though I made a reservation and paid they canceled my room because they were full. They said because I booked with a third party they were full and needed to Hyatt members rooms first. After begging he made me a member of Hyatt and then gave me a room. This whole ordeal was unnecessary and stressful.

Quick over night stay.

Parking was horrible. They charged $45 for the night and when we came back to the room they were out of parking. The alternative was to park at another hotels parking garage off site. The orientation of the bathroom is was awful. They hung towels in the bathtub. No pool. Customer service at check in was awful. A lady was arguing with a customer and kept walking away. No manager on site to support. Breakfast was mediocre. No space for seating, had to sit in the front waiting area.
