Stayed at this location for a show nearby. The staff was great. The hotel rooms were great. Everything was clean and nice. My only complaint I had is when the show was over. They shut down the stairwells! And we all had to wait for the elevators. I did not like that at all.

Excellent service

This is one of the best hotels that I've stayed at! Albert from the night shift especially was incredible and accommodating to our needs (such as giving us extra pillows when we asked, giving us fresh ice). He made my friends and I feel welcome and excited for our duration of stay (we were there for a convention). He also answered any questions and concerns that we had and made sure that our comfort during our stay was priority. Thank you Albert for making our stay memorable and amazing! Stay cool! Also need to mention that the free breakfast was delicious!
