They had to move me to four different rooms. The first room’s bathroom toilet was dirty. Hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. Mildew build up visible. The second room’s A/C had a terrible smell and was dusty. The third room’s A/C made the loudest screeching sound. Terrible experience and I’d never stay here again.

Bad smell in the room. Stains on the carpet. Poorly maintained. Stains on the curtains. We turned around and walked out without unpacking. Receptionist was reasonably pleasant but clearly annoyed. “Well, I can’t force you to stay here.” Duh!

It was a huge building right off the freeway. It was secluded with nothing around but offices that were closed. But down the street about 5 minutes you could find fast food and stores. The building was very old. The lobby was nicely decorated and cozy, and the guy who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was very old but it was decent. There was rust in the window seals, in the tub, and the view was of the back of the building of the trash bins and looked very dirty and stinky. The bed was comfy and clean and there was a tv, microwave and hot water worked fine. The only major disappointment was that our neighbors were partying all night long, and when they were done they then turned their speaker into a surround sound to play a war movie smh I think after hours they were finally told something because they lowered it but was still able to hear it clearly. We were only staying for one night so I didn’t want to be the one to complain and ruin someone’s fun but omg it was so loud and obnoxious.

I was really disappointed with the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly stained, the bed was worn out and uncomfortable, and worst of all, I saw a very large cockroach run across the bed. That’s a serious sanitation issue. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room after that. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel, and this experience fell far below that standard.

Rooms themselves were kind of run down, we had to be moved because there were roaches in our first room. Second room had buzzing lights and peeling wallpaper, but no roaches! Staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and accomodating though.
