Check in took way too long. Put up a sign that says license plate # needed to check in. Having people go back to look that up slows down the check in process. Wall paper in the room should have been replaced a longtime ago.

I requested a 1st floor room and was given a 2nd story room with a very long walk to my room from the elevator. Even at the desk I was refused and I had booked three days there in advance. I was also disrespected by the staff ordering me not to lose my key for the room again.

Had a horrible experience. Rented 2 rooms and they smelled. There were pubic or some types of hairs in the tubs. We asked for towels and sheets because there were not enough in the rooms and they said that house keeping closed at 5 and opens the next day at 10 and there was nothing available. Dirty carpets and broken batch room fixtures. Never again staying here.

The lobby seemed decent but during check in, the worker didn’t even explain anything. Had me sign a paper not explaining what I was signed until I asked and gave us the key and said nothing. I went back to ask where our room was located. Walking to our room, the hallway floor was so dirty, as if they hadn’t vacuumed the hallway. Upon entering our room, we noticed broken pieces of wood on the closet and the bathroom is outdated and looked dirty. When showering, the humidity was so bad that the walls and door was sweating(no circulation). First night around 3am, two people were screaming in the hallway and woke us up and scared us. We booked here because the price was cheaper than most but now I know why. You get what you pay for. I will not be staying here again and instead, pay a lil more money for a better experience.

The door to the room was broken and did not lock. You could just walk in without a key. It looked like someone had come in and urinated on the wall and floor of the bathroom. We did not stay, checked out and went to another hotel.
