Every staff we encountered from front desk to housekeeping were gracious, friendly, helpful and extremely hospitable. Situated away from traffic noise. Room was impeccable and fully equipped.

good until the roach scuttled by

Trip was great,room was fine… except for checkout morning when I told reception there was a cockroach in my room, just fyi. She seemed pretty uninterested and asked if I’d taken a photo of it. I know roaches are an inevitable fact of life where this is plumbing and pools etc but I thought the hotel might want to know and spray the room after I left.

Great Accommodations

Very nice hotel. The bed was super comfortable and for those of us that are tall....the extra high showerhead was really nice too. Very happy with the accommodations and easy walking distance to the event center.

Great receptionist

First time at this hotel and first time in Paso Robles. When we arrived at the hotel, granted a bit earlier than expected, we were told that our room was not ready. No problem the receptionist, Sandra, was extremely sympathetic and she gave us great tips on what to see and do during our stay. Sandra knows what customer service is all about.

I have stayed here a few times in the past when visiting family in Paso. As always, this place never lets me down. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking is secure and easy to use and the rooms are big and comfortable. I have never had any issues staying here. This remains my go to spot when in Paso Robles

Good nights sleep in a comfortable room

I came in a little late, the front desk clerks were attentive and took care of me right away. I was upgraded, I don't know if was because I was checking in later or what, it was a nice room and I rested very well.
