Clean rooms, nice location with a good restaurant across the street and plenty of other options a few blocks away - in walking distance. The staff was friendly and beds were comfortable.

I liked that it was close to restaurant and shops very quiet area. Room was nice but it could use a little love seat or soft chair .over all it was a nice clean roomy room . Thank you.

The photos on the Expedia looks very nice but it was totally different when you walk into the room. The room is very dirty. There is blood stain on the bed sheet. I called the property but no one answered so my husband had to go out and find the staff to get us new sheet. As soon as we put the new sheet on our bed and found out there’s another blood stain on the new sheet that we just got from the staff. Unbelievable. And the bathroom counter has lots of water stains. The shower room floor was dirty. It was a terrible experience.

Great place and location with helpful staff. Only issue was the light coming in my window. I like a totally dark room to sleep in and I wasn’t able to have that even with the curtains closed

Very nice place, conveniently placed. A couple of bars a few blocks away. Restaurant across the street. Also to stroll to the rock and other shops on the Embarcadero is 3-4 blocks away. Looking forward to staying again

In general the place was clean and service at check was pleasent. We had no issues other than parking was tight if you get there late. it is close the eating options and tourest areas. A little more attention to details on the repairs and deisgn. I noticed a several hurried repairs. Lack of towel hanging racks, loose drain grills, and covers, power cords to lamps were too short. The non smoking room smelled of smoke.

Hot water in the shower was too hot, burned myself, then when getting out if the shower slipped and hit my head. Missing baseboards, back of bathroom door was missinf paint. They use some kind of acrylic on the shower ceiling and bathroom window ledge to most likely cover up mold/mildew stains. Janky AF. The people upstairs were imitating elephants. Definitely not worth the almost $400 I paid because it was Father's Day weekend.

Patel is a great example of..

Haven't been in customer service and sales and a business owner most of my adult life I come to recognize it's not always what happens the first time but it's what happens the second time. After a long day of driving in various other stresses we checked into our room only to find another couple was already in there. Fortunately we all laughed it off and Patel the manager was right behind me. He apologized for the error change rooms. Unfortunately the next room we had wasn't quite suitable so he started running and trying to figure out a better solution which is exactly what he did. He found another one that was very clean very nicely appointed freshly painted it was beautiful. The rest of the state was beautiful. He grabbed all our luggage did all the work himself and tried to refuse it too I gave it to him anyway. We recognized him from another hotel we used to stay at so just want you guys to know this is a good place. Patel, the manager is good people.
