Room was clean and lots of room inside. The only bad thing was the shower it was clogged bad so the water was over flooding. The beds wasnt comfortable but for the price its responsible.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt safe. This was an amazing Inn. The owner is very nice. Very decent room. I liked it a lot. I would definitely be staying here again. I like the convenience of the bay. Just overall a very peaceful and enjoyable place. I really really enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

Staff go's out of their way to accommodate. Walking distance to all kind of stores, restaurants, shops. In the perfect spot. Very large rooms.

Very nice room at a reasonable rate

A very nice room at a reasonable rate and right down the street from our concert venue (The Siren). Check in was easy and the bed was very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was very average at best. On par for the price though, it was one of the lower cost options in downtown Morro Bay. We only stayed for 1 night and didn't need anything luxurious. It's walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, coffee. Nothing special, but not terrible either.

We were very disappointed with our room and the property. It needs a huge upgrade on both the rooms and the property. It's very old , the beds were very uncomfortable. A very small very cheaply made table and 2 chairs in the room. No other furniture but the bed..Zero place to sit your suitcases . No where to put your clothes. There weren't even any hangers in the closet . The walls were so thin you could hear everything inside the other rooms .. The staff were nice, but we were very disappointed

Our stay at Coastal Breeze Inn great. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice, she even let me check in 2 hours early. We are very satisfied with our stay we will definitely be coming back.
