Everything was very dusty in the room and there was a musty smell throughout the room. Floors were also dirty. The area was very noisy due to it being right off the freeway. Staff were not friendly. They called me twice before checking in and rudely ask when I was going to get there. They weren’t around during checkout and we had to leave the room keys in a Dropbox without a lock. Will definitely NOT be staying there again.

Without having to write a novel. Prior to check in we received a call asking when we will be checking in and when we told them hopefully by 9:30 we were told multiple times to check in before 10. If we didn’t get in before 10 it would be inconveniencing the front desk. Then when we got into the room there was a layer of dust, dirt and some pumpkin seeds around the entire edge of the floor, a gross stain on the couch and few strands of hair on the walls and floor of the bathroom that were not ours. I called the front desk to ask for an additional blanket for the pull out couch because the blanket provided was thin and front desk did not answer the call but then they then called back and yelled “What do you want.” I asked for an additional blanket to be brought up and their response was they didn’t have any other blankets. We had 3 people staying in the room and were only provided 2 towels and was not able to get a third until after we had to shower. So not a terrible stay but definitely not a pleasant one.

Horrible experience

When we check in the window was open and the whole room had a horrible smell. We sprayed fragrance hoping that would help. Later we came back into room and there was roaches crawling on tv stand and who knows where else. We check out right then and there.

Room was filthy. I didn’t expect any frills or luxury, but at minimum did expect cleanliness. It was disgusting. My poor 6 year old opened the mini fridge and said it smelled like “throw up.” Would NOT recommend

Very thin walls, so thin that you could clearly hear both tv’s of the rooms on each side of us, which stayed on almost all night. No top security on door. Beer bottle left on balcony from previous renters .. open and slamming the doors by neighbors was perfectly audible several time throughout the night. Worst part was when house keeping opened our door at 9:40 AM while we were still in bed . Would not stay there again.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean. We had the deluxe master suite which had a fireplace. The room was nice and warm with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly. We will be staying again.

Suite was super nice, enough room for our family with two huge beds and a twin bed. Also there was a futon couch that could’ve also been used as a bed. Overall great price for the area and room.

Rude

I reserved two beds and informed the staff during my booking that I had a wheelchair. When I arrived, they only gave me a room on the second floor. I had to pay them extra if I wanted a room with two beds on the 1st floor, even though that is what I received. Owners are rude and nickel and dime you. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, there are several other places near by that are friendly.
