Amazing stay as always. Jacob at the front desk and his wife were so amazing to us during our yearly Christmas trip. Loved having the kitchen with the cooktop (even though finding pans it would recognize was challenging). Fabulous location within walking distance to everything needed. Love this place.

I was cold all night. The blanket is SO thin. You can hear next door neighbor talking and loud traffic outside. When people going up and down the stairs, our bed is shaking.

Stayed here last time and forgot we didn’t want to stay here again. Very small rooms. Hear everything from rooms above. This time bathroom and carpet were soaked. Must have been a slow leak all night we weren’t aware of. The guy checking us in had zero personality, unusual for CA but a turnoff right off the bat. We were glad when morning arrived.

The room was spacious and clean. It was close to everything in Pismo and you can walk to basically anything. check in was simple and easy as well as check out. This is the second time I've stayed here and I really enjoyed my stay.
