Setting was amazing, the patio area with wind shield and firepits (some don't work) a great place for coffee or a glass of (overpriced) wine. The Deck (restaurant) food is mediocre, and is understaffed, and they don't allow outside food on the patio area. Coffee in room and restaurant was really bad.

The staff are friendly and the area is gorgeous! The rooms were a little bit dated but still comfortable and nice. It says queen beds, but I’m almost positive they’re full beds. The shower had good pressure and the toiletries smelled pleasant and felt luxurious. The rooms needed to be worked on as there was some wear and tear you could see at the edges of everywhere. The little deck you can sit on attached to the room is simple but comfortable and the view you can see really is stunning. Additionally, the small walk to great food and the pier was quite fun! I wish they had more food options available at the hotel as their snack menu was limited. The hot chocolate was chocolate flavored water but the coffee was fine. Parking was great! They seem to enforce guests only! There are no fires allowed on the beach you stay on (though I did see people do it), but 5 minutes away there’s Grover Beach where you can drive on the sand and build bonfires. The 7/11 had all the supplies you’ll need. The hotel offers s’more packages and has a comfy outside seating area with gas fires to lounge. Overall, it was a great stay!

The quietest room I've been in a very long time. The place was peaceful and the view of the ocean - stunning. The bed was comfortable, the fireplace added a nice ambiance. The shower had perfect water pressure. It added a loveliness to an already a great weekend.

Location is perfect, Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious, We had an issue with our room and was moved with 10 minutes. Just beware there is a $30 carparking fee per night. Bit disappointing!

Great location. We had a balcony facing the ocean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room was very nice and comfortable. I failed to read all the details about the hotel so I was caught off guard when we were charged $30. Per night for parking in the hotel parking lot. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Bathroom door sticks to the floor upon opening/closing. We had an accessible room but it was outside the main corridor so we had to go through another exterior door to access the room. Otherwise, the location was good and the staff very pleasant and accomdating.
