Nice room, great price

The room was clean, had to air out the cleaning supply smell upon arrival. Nice solid surface floors, exhaust fan in bathroom was super loud. Decent bed. Able to park right in front of our room. Grounds were clean. Didn’t see any sketchy people around. Very good price. Stayed 1 night while visiting friends.

Room and bathroom looked to be recently remodeled. Baseboards were a little dusty but overall the room was clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the water pressure being decent in the shower. Blackout curtains would have been nice, it was very bright in the room even with the shades closed. Beds were too hard for me but my kids didn't think so. Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of shopping/food very close by. Overall great place to stay if only staying for a day or two, for a low price.

Solaire Inn & suites, Santa Maria CA gives you value for your money. I stayed for 3 weeks. Clean and well maintained rooms. Great front office as well as house-keeping services. Close to shopping facilities & walkable. I recommend it 💯.

I liked the fact that this room was spacious and immaculate. Everything was clean, and there was room for luggage and suits in the closet. It seemed like the floor was easy to get dirty because it was on level with the outside walkway; in the future, when I come back, I plan to wear socks walking inside the room. Great facilities, though.

There was parking by the rooms. The room had a Microwave and small fridge. The bed was fine and had shutters to cover the windows which I liked. The AC was good and had a decent vanity and a tub. The negatives were a broken ice machine and a decent amount of traffic noise which I solved by running the AC as white noise. BTW, I stayed here twice within a week. On the second stay, one of the lavatory handles didn't work but not really a killer.
