Needs Some Attention and TLC

Our 4th stay at the Wine Stone Inn. Our first experience was wow in a good way, our recent stay was wow in a not so good way. Our previous stays we felt "Fussed" over like a five Star Hotel. Our recent stay was closer to 2 star Motel. The attention to detail that was observed during our initial stay was certainly not in play. From the dead snake plant on the second floor, the worn bath towels with patches missing, to the ring around the toilet bowl we were disappointed in the Wine Stone Inn's apparent demise.

A little gem that we found when visiting Santa Maria. Nice hotel, clean and a great friendly staff. The hotel has nice bar with a continental breakfast. Orcutt is a nice little town. You can walk to 5 or 6 nice restaurants. Orcutt is also close to numerous wineries. Going back in a couple of weeks.

Jennifer is the best employee u could wish for. She is attentive and caring and kind and just happy person in general. My finace and i try to stay at lease once evey 2 or 3 months to get way from the hustle and bustel of work. We probably be back in may.

Highly recommended boutique hotel!

Wine Stone Inn exceed my expectations! We were looking for a little boutique hotel in the Santa Maria wine country area, while visiting my favorite winery (Native9). Super-friendly staff, very nice room, and on the edge of a small town so it was very quiet. Great central location to get to wineries, great restaurants, hikes, etc. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Wine tasting in the lobby, breakfast is included, and our room had lots of free snacks for late night munchies. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Best place in Santa Maria

Our stay was amazing! After staying at a hotel that was sub par, walking into wine stone where it was clean, spacious and very relaxing it made our 3 hour drive worth it! We would definitely stay there again and the complimentary wine and snacks made it 1000% better!
