The check in desk took 25 minutes to resolve a problem the computer had with a single customer - her companion checked in fine. Meanwhile 4 parties waited to be checked in. The clerk told us there would be a new computer system in 3 weeks. You needed a new computer system now and a clerk trained to deal with difficult situations.

The heat/ac unit was loud when the compressor came on and we could not be moved to another room as they were fully booked and a maintenance person was not available. Looked into the unit and found the filters and inside the unit were dirty and full of dust. Long night....
