Couldn't use what we wanted!

So we stay here often. For the use of the two pools and hot tub. This is the second time we've stayed here at the pool and hot tub were unusable. Which is the entire reason we stay here. It's also a good deal...but not when you can't use what you paid for.

The one thing that bothered me the most was the mold everywhere. Our bathroom was so bad we had to wear shoes in the shower. The pool and chairs at the pool were all moldy and the pools were also dirty. The people working there were very nice. I am on a fixed income and had to get my room paid for thru a third party ie.affirm, I was told for that reason I could not get the credit towards my rewards. I do have pictures of the bathroom if you would like to see them just let know. Anyone with respiratory issues should not stay here. Brenda Paton

Was in a room next to a room that was being remodeled/renovated or construction idk the specifics on what was going on in there. I just know that they were working on that room all night and all morning. So it was very annoying to hear and trying to go to sleep was difficult as well especially if you’re using a hotel to just get away but couldn’t. With all the power tools and drills being used in the next room and them setting up a room with dirty towels and blankets with stains all over them, like black scuff marks or deep red stains on them just eww and hope they can do better next time if I even attempt to book another room with them.

Our stay was very comfortable for one night on a cross country trek. The beds were comfy with soft linens. The outdoor pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, sadly.

The staff here is great, truly pleasant staff. I can not fault the staff for the patrons, so the slamming doors and noisy patrons are not their fault overall. Clean facility.

This property claims to have breakfast but it is only pancakes and milk, It is overall clean accept for the out of date shower, lovely kind staff and the don't overcharge for drinks. My main issue is the lack of proper breakfast foods, out of date bathrooms, and the noise from the room next door. Worth the price for the most part.

After a horrible experience at the last hotel we was at it was a relief to finally find a nice one that we enjoyed staying at. Becki at the front desk was amazing..super friendly an very helpful. She could tell l was in a lot pain with my back an a.knee brace on an without even asking she got us a room downstairs. A absolute life saver. Rooms were nice an clean..comfy pillows an bed. Housekeeping was on it always had fresh clean towels..the complementary breakfast had waffles..my favorite. Could use more of a breakfast selection. But other than that It was perfect. Highly recommend an would definitely stay again..
