The room was spacious and had a kitchen with gas stove, large refrigerator and table with settings for four. When we checked in there was a bottle of champagne with tall stemmed glasses waiting in our room. Housekeeping was excellent and considerate throughout our stay. Well worth an excellent rating.

All the personnel were very nice and the room we were in was clean and kept up very nicely every day by the housekeeping personnel while we were there. The main problem we had was that the heater / air conditioner did not work properly. We had 3 different maintenance workers come out on 3 different days and although they were pleasant and worked on the problem, they all left before testing the unit to make sure that it was in working condition for both heat and air, thus the problem was not resolved. When we left, we did notify the hotel personnel regarding the situation, and I don't know whether they sent someone up to repair the problem before the next guest arrived in that room. I had also mentioned to them that the toilet needed an adjustment as it often kept running after you flushed it and the mere jiggling of the lever did not fix the problem as you had to take off the lid in order to loosen the chain so that the flapper would go down.
