I had a really nice experience at the Element Santa Clara. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room felt fresh and well-designed, and the location was super convenient for everything I needed. The only thing I’d mention is the breakfast — the options were good, but the portions were on the smaller side, mostly eggs, muffins, and cereal. It wasn’t a big deal, but a little more variety or larger portions would make it even better. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and relaxing place in Santa Clara!

The heater didn’t work & the desk clerk came in & tried to fix it. We asked if we could switch rooms, but he said the other room's heat didn't work either. My husband managed to get some heat after trying to fix it, but by then it was close to 1:00 am. They did bring extra blankets at least. Seems like they'd want to keep on top of such a critical aspect of their rooms.

The hotel had extra details (like infused water stations) and healthy breakfast options that really made for a great stay. The room also had extra kitchen amenities that you don't expect at a hotel (paper towels, bowls, dish soap, toaster) that made it feel more like a small apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed being near downtown San Jose without being directly in the city.
