This place is really sweet for how affordable it is. I stayed in a room in the corner (room 203) and it was very quiet + has a window that opens to a side yard area = felt more like a bedroom at home. Plus the free parking + bein per friendly + super sweet and accommodating staff. Would totally stay here again.

For a budget friendly location. I can't complain. It was within walking distance of everything you need. And only steps from the boardwalk. The property is definitely a little older but the rooms were clean and adequate for what I paid. Although I may look for something different on our next stay.
