Disappointing - spend your money elsewhere!

Booked a room for 3 adults in a king suite but the roll out bed’s springs were poking through the mattress — they could be felt by hand without even the pressure of a body on them. The hotel misrepresented what the had to offer and charged us the full stay although we left after one night. We had a roll out bed at the next hotel, but it actually had cushioning and was comfortable. Main bed was lumpy but okay. The room smelled musty upon entering. Prepared eggs were rubbery and the boiled eggs inedible. Overall very disappointing stay, especially when we were looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable place for ourselves while while my father was going through hospice. Would never book again.

The breakfast has gone down hill. Ive been staying at this hotel for years but i have not been impressed with the food. Egg was so dry it tasted like cardboard. The fruit, oranges and apples were going bad. They used to offer fresh fruit but now it’s not worth the money. I will be staying at different facilities moving forward.
