Stay was pleasant for the most part. However, the only thing which made me mad was that breakfast was not fresh at all. I expected more out of Hyatt and thought it was above a motel quality food

My girlfriend and I came to stay here for our anniversary and we were so surprised with how clean the lobby, breakfast area, and our room was. The front desk workers were super kind and helpful, and the valet workers were super kind and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed with the check-in. We got there a little bit early for our check-in and of course we were told our room was not going to be ready until 3 PM. They were supposed to call us and let us know. We called at 3 o’clock and they said the room was not cleaned yet, to wait another half an hour. We contact the office again, but it was not ready yet. We never got a phone call. We ended up doing our activities around the area and at 11 PM our room was given. Nobody knew what happened, The food is not good at all, we got stomachache from it. Front desk is not friendly at all.

When me and my girlfriend stayed the night in the hotel room we woke up to having red spots on ours body's and we didn’t think nothing of it till a few days later when the the red dots grew into bigger pimples the doctors said they were bedbugs bites. Please do better in cleaning

We had a great stay! The staff was amazing and friendly 😁 we loved how clean the carpets are kept and loved cleaning staff coming to tidy up every day. The pool was a great temperature and the hot tub was nice! We loved it here and definitely recommend!
