Facilities were ok. Quiet and clean but a lot of things needed to be refurbished. Bathroom facet was hard to operate, hinge on door to refrigerator was not in alignment, toilet was very low and awkward to use. There was clear evidence that things were being done to improve the facilities. I’d go there again but nothing special.

Burrito breakfast only egg and cheese. Door to breakfast upstairs was locked, room key did not work, and another traveler said hers did not work, so worker at check in/check -out had to go upstairs to open breakfast room. Wood trim under sink was detached. Bathroom is small, and door needs a hook to hang clothes. Friendly staff and good price for the stay.

Room was clean and quiet, but Property is under construction - that was not revealed prior to arrival. For example, hallways have doors shut with painting tape, in our room there was paint from the walls on the fiber artwork in our room, the door to the refrigerator and the amoire it was in were very difficult to open, and the base for the bathroom sink was cracked all the way across. But the rate was amazing and we made the best of it. The staff were cheerful and so accommodating, they made the stay a positive experience. Breakfast was great too! One suggestion - they need a business space for people to use their computers with a printer/scanner - even tho we were on vacation, things come up & I had to find a fedex with office capabilities to print/scan some documentation. Once again a huge shout out to the amazing employees at Coyote South - they are awesome!

The staff were friendly, but the overall experience was disappointing. There was lipstick on the bed cover, as if someone had kissed the sheet, and I felt itchy all night—possibly due to the detergent. The walls were extremely thin; we could hear everything from the neighboring room, even breathing. We didn’t report it since it was just a one-night stay, but I’m not sure we’d choose Coyote South again.
