Loved the lobby decor

The staff is amazing! Everyone was so nice and friendly! The hotel is clean and offers a small but decent gym. The shower has good water pressure. My only complaint was that the televisions in both rooms were not working. They could be turned on but couldn't connect.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean, the breakfast was limited, but the fresh burritos were good. The decor was nice. That being said, the desk person was absent most of the time and the trash cans in the public spaces were literally overflowing.

We so appreciated the welcome we received after a long road trip from Tucson. The dog and child-friendly atmosphere was most appreciated. Our room was a tad small, and there was no view, but the breakfast was the best I've ever had at any American hotel. We very much enjoyed this wonderful boutique hotel. The staff was the best!

Construction mess in hallway was tolerable since this was a lower priced hotel. Room was worn out even though they were redoing the rooms. But hair in the bedsheets and stains are gross. I asked for a different room. And again, hair in the sheets. I asked for a refund but was told to contact Expedia/Hotels.com. So I did and they were great. They had to call the hotel to verify and the hotel had their phone on silent!! It’s been 8 days and I still have not received my refund. Will never consider staying here again. Really bad experience made worse by lying about a refund.

The hotel is not your traditional set up. It seems to be a converted building. It's quaint. The gentleman at the front desk was either a brand-new employee or just not very knowledgeable. He couldn't answer basic questions about the charges I was seeing on the screen as I did the self-check-in, which was a little odd in and of itself. The breakfast burritos were amazing and hearty. The room the breakfast was in was too warm. My husband and I weren't there but for an overnight stop, so other than the shuttle offered to downtown Santa Fe, I'm not aware of any other amenities. I would stay here again, under the same circumstances.

Decent stay at a nice location!

The Coyote South was a fun, affordable, unique stay! Located a short drive from Downtown Santa Fe, it was comfortable and cozy. The breakfast burritos - amazing! Our only negative would be the cleanliness of the room.. a couple hairs on the bedspread, molding near the AC that was peeling, small things. All that said, this was a really enjoyable stay overall.

Very unique place....clean, nice staff, comfortable rooms. We were there for just a very quick overnight stay, and left even before the coffee was done...we made ours with the keurig machine in the rooms!!! Design was wonderful! Would stay again anytime!
