It took 15 minutes for hot water to come on in shower, I almost gave up waiting for it. Who wants to take a lukewarm shower? The man who checked me in didn't want to give me extra towels for my room. The breakfast is bad. The choices? Eggs... and eggs. Or cold cereal. I rate this hotel less-than-meh!

The hotel is cute and very clean. The breakfast is awesome. There is ample parking at the rear of the building. The staff were all very nice. My only real complaint is that the bathroom left a little to be desired, as you can tell it's much older and not as updated. The toilet was very low and small, and the faucets were difficult to manage. Otherwise, it was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The walls are so thin. No sleep as kids were playing in the hall until midnight and yelling and banging in the rooms.Breakfast was burnt. Staff was very friendly but the remodeling was sub-par.

This place is surprisingly great despite being very affordable. We will stay here every time we come to Santa Fe from now on. I still don't know why their prices are so low. 55 dollars for the room and only 20 for the dog. Half the cost of the hotel we used in Albuquerque while better and newer. I recommend it 100 percent.
