Closest elevator to our room was broken. Room smelled like smoke. Bathroom smelled like urine. Front desk person had an awful attitude. She was acting like my request was impossible to accomplish and was so unfriendly.

Stayed here two nights with my adult child. It was ok. Clearly an older motel that they tried to update but didn’t take all the way. No outlets near the beds. Fridge was warm when we got to the room, very noisy AC unit. While the rooms are nonsmoking, that doesn’t stop people from standing right outside your room to smoke (and cough and hack at 6am). It was terrible but I wouldn’t choose it again. We didn’t bother with the included breakfast.

I wish I had taken photos. The floor was dirty. The corners had collected hair and lint that even a vacuum would do the job, and then mop. There was hair in the shower. The drain was plugged. So you took a shower in ankle high water. The rags were sour that they wiped with. Very unsatisfied.

Stay was nice and quiet. Only thing was I was placed next to the entrance to the lobby and kept hearing door to the lobby slam close when someone entered or exited. Also the drain in my room was really slow, water filled up while taking a shower.

The room smelled horrible and had roaches. At check out the lady was rude, when the problems with room was brought up she didn't offer a discount, all she offeted was sorry to hear thay. I will NOT recommend ths hotel.

The door was bent at the bottom as if it was kicked in and did not seal so outside air came through, the clean towel were dirty from the previous guests , the back lot was used for street car racing all night. The hotel was terrible, old, unkept, un clean, room cleaning only every third day, and the price was inflated for what was provided

I reserved a suit for three people, husband in wheel chair ask for an asessable room at least the bath room, with two beds. We travel with his care provider. But lady at front said you get what you chose online, that what i chose online, two beds and assessable bathroom. But did not get those, got one king size bed with no assessable bathroom and bed was toooo high for a person in a wheel chair. This is the first motel that did not help us any way, NOTHING!!!!!!! Do not stay at this motel in santa fe new mexico. The care provider had to sleep on the floor.

Staffers didn't tell us that we would not get our room cleaned and trash out, plus we had to go up front to get towels for each day, old towels where left on bathroom floor. We stayed there three nights Monday checked in and Thursday checked out. ice machine didn't work, the refrig was never defrosted, our sodas never got cold. That was the worst La Quinta we stayed at.

Inside the room was clean other people staying at the hotel we’re beating on doors yelling at one point there was eight cop cars and ambulance and the crime scene truck was there garbage all around the place people standing outside of the rooms not a place for kids

NOT a good surprise...!

I arrived in the early afternoon. The room issued to me had a STRONG SMELL OF RANCID SMOKE which, when I advised the desk, I was provided a can of spray to cover the smell. It did not work! Next, I attempted to turn on the TV and found that the REMOTE WAS MISSING THE POWER BUTTON (indicating that housekeeping did not notice a missing button and probably had not sanitized it in who-knows how long.) When I attempted to use the PHONE to request a new TV REMOTE I found it did not work, so I took the remote to the desk to advise of the problems and was told that NONE OF THE PHONES WORK as they were replacing them, but they had no plan for security or emergencies and I was told "most people have their own phones". Additionally, there was no housekeeping or maintenance staff on duty. There was also NO DRAIN PLUG in the bathroom sink and the HANDICAPPED PARKING did not accommodate parking access as a large bush was growing into the space making it impossible to park. I slept little that night and prepared to leave immediately after eating the "breakfast included with the room" and found there were NO PROTEIN ITEMS available (meat, eggs, etc.) and the buffet contained only breads, waffles and cereal. It was clear to me that this hotel was not concerned with facilitating my overnight lodging needs and I will not return.
