Dear Guest, we thank you for your feedback. We would like to inform you that check-in is granted for our guests starting from 3:00pm and check-out is until 12:00 (noon). When we have the chance to do it (very often when occupancy allow us to do it) we give free late check-out or early check-in. When is not possible we always give the possibility to our guests to leave their luggage in our storage room and keep enjoying the Hotel services!
