My daughter just turned 18 so I booked and paid for a suite (via Expedia) for her and her male friend for a ski trip because I wanted them to have their own bathrooms and privacy. She tried to check in and they sent her to another hotel (Hampton Inn) because they said they overbooked. They only have single rooms and not comparable in amenities. Once she arrived at the she booked and paid with own credit card. They had single bedrooms so my daughter was forced to stay in a single bedroom without her own privacy. Now, on top of that horrible experience Expedia customer service is siding with the hotel that has done the following: 1. Did not honor the booking and did not notify even though they were giving an 8-hour period. 2. Did not provide service or room. 3. Are blatantly robbing. This is the hotels response to Expedia. According to the hotel, your booking was originally made for 2 guests, and you were assigned a room that appropriately accommodates two people. The property also confirmed that whenever a situation arises where a guest needs to be transferred to a different room, they always ensure that the bedding arrangements are provided as per the guest’s requirements. This hotel is blatantly robbing customers, and Expedia is allowing them to. Book elsewhere.

The people who were staying above us would wake up at 5:00 AM and allow their kids to run around, we bought it up to the front desk and they assured us that it would stop, nope !!! Next day it was the same ordeal. This was a getaway to relax and do some sightseeing.

The room and hotel as a whole was clean and smelt great! Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the hot tub wasn’t hot but apart from that it was a fantastic trip all round. We will for sure be staying there again and would recommend it to anyone.
