I liked that this hotel is renovating. Blue carpet is beautiful. The spa could use some work. Don't like to be splashed in the face or ears by the water jets. It was coming out way to fast. Multiple people complained while I was sitting in there. Also the temp was actually way too hot.

Asked for late checkout, paid for it, then someone with a clipboard knocked at my door around 12:20pm asking about checkout when I already paid for late checkout (late checkout is 3:00pm) inconvenient and woke me up from sleeping in

The hotel was nice and clean. The shuttles were excellent. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was suffice considering it was 5:00 am. If you stay here ask for an interior room. They put us on the outside wall by a busy street and it was so loud that it sounded like the cars were in the room. If it weren’t for that I would have zero complaints.

Very good breakfast, pool, table tennis/ Fußball table game room, felt pretty safe, friendly people, good service. Had a great experience. Didn’t know you had to book through their website to get Best Western reward points and lost out on 23 nights of points but I guess that’s my fault for not reading the small print.
