Kind of missed the mark

Checkin and shuttle was fine, but when we got to our room there was previous guest’s sock, glow stick and hair left behind. Customer service at the front desk made this right by us, but was disappointing to have this be an issue at all.

I like everything about this property, except that the hot tub was not working. I actually came here because it had a hot tub because I have a hip injury and wanted the heat from the hot water to help soothe the hip pain. Everything else was great though!
