The stay held promise. Staff was friendly. Rooms are nice (albeit a little noisy). Unfortunately my car was damaged by the valet staff but they wouldn't take responsibility. I wouldn't state this if I wasn't 100% confident they caused the damage, as the car was in my possession at all other times and never parked where this type of damage would have occurred and it's consistent with scraping against a wall or pillar. Unfortunately I didn't see the damage when the car was brought out to me as it was dark (short days late November). The manager said their mandatory inspections would have caught it, but I certainly wasn't made aware of, or involved in any inspections and we used the valet multiple times.
Accidents happen, but to not own up to it is another level of disappointment.
It's a lesson for all to not be trusting, take pictures before and after and hopefully you'll get staff with integrity.
