Everyone was very friendly. The roof access is so nice and you are really close to a safeway if you need any supplies. My girlfriend forgot her shoes in the closet. We already left town but were able to coordinate how to get them back!

the parking garage is scary, they die not tell me it was full, then the access ramps between the floors had cars in one lane. the parking garage is too small, too cramped and too hard to access. then when i went back to the front desk, to ask about parking they were very unhelpful. when i eventually did find a place to park it was 1/2 mile away and very unsafe. the room was nice enough, but the parking and poor staff would preclude me from ever staying there again

The room was delightful and clean. There were extra blankets in the closet that we used to keep us warm while sitting on the rooftop in the evening. The staff was very helpful and directed us to a tasty cafe down the street. The hotel is a short walk to the waterfront which has a scenic path that leads to Pike Place Market.

Nice, comfortable and accommodating.

We stayed here after our cruise. Our room was comfortable and well kept. We got in early and they held our luggage while we walked to the Space Needle. Convenient location with grocery and restaurant options very close by. All the front desk people were kind. There is also a nice business room with computers for guests. Starbucks is attached to the lobby!! Great rooftop deck with incredible views, seating areas and heat lamps. Not a super fancy place but very clean and comfortable. We did see some homeless nearby but never felt threatened. We would definitely stay here again. It is a short ride to downtown Seattle but a quieter resting place if you don’t want to be in the city.

The staff was as friendly and helpful as they could be. The room was clean and the air conditioner was reasonably quiet. The rooftop was worth visiting, even on a chilly night. Not a luxury hotel, but a great value in Seattle.
