One stop shop.

Great location. A little bit of everything to choose from for food options and witjing walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena. Great staff. Friendly and informative. All were willing to help. Comfortable room. Shower was just the right water pressure and toiletries were on point! Rooftop was crowded at night but fantastic in the morning for a picturesque view of the water. Parking garage was so helpful but the drop into the garage is a little dicey for low profile cars. Parking spots really close together even for an average size person

Was charged for parking that didn’t state when booking, room was located right next to a laundry room where it was so noisy early in the morning with staff playing loud music, load running water, staff talking loudly to each other, talking on their phones, laundry room door wide open. When called and complained finally the staff told me I should have complained sooner but, didn’t even bother to come in and check the complain until I had to call again and they came in and checked but there was no difference made, I woke up with a throbbing headache, my husband and I came to stay for a concert away from home and kids so we could have a good time and good sleep but it turned out horrible. I would give this place a zero star if I could.
