Room has been refurbished, bathroom very modern. Outside people following us made us feel unsafe. Mecca for breakfast (if you don’t want Starbucks) was easy to walk to but expensive ($20) if you order after 8 am. Staff friendly and accommodating.

We had a very early morning flight with no sleep so we were thrilled to be greeted before making it inside and then allowed to check in immediately instead of waiting 6 hours for check-in time. This gave us time for a nap so we could recharge to seize the day. The customer service was the BEST I have experienced in a long time!

The rooftop is like an outdoor lounging area with wonderful views of the water. Starbucks shares the bldg. with them. Convenient since there is not a restaurant for food or drink in this hotel.

We stayed after we got off the cruise, arrived from the port about 9:30am and all our 3 rooms were ready for check in, the transfer that the hotel offer you with Ashu was great always on time. Thee negative thing was night time to many homeless people to be walking around at night.

The hotel was cozy and convenient for walking around to site see. The staff is most friendly. They do offer shuttle to pick up at the airport and shuttle to the cruise ships. I would stay here again.
