Courtyard Sedona, beauty umungst the boulders.

The location was perfect. Able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sunrise being located on the outskirts of Sedona with the beautiful rock formations in the distance. The staff was very hospitable and kind. Able to assist with any requests or questions. And a beautiful pool and hot tub to relax in. Also loved the Starbucks bistro in the lobby area.

It was over $500 for one night for a king and not worth it. Since I reserved this through Expedia -“a third party” -the front desk was unable to change my room from a handicapped to a non-handicap and they would not allow me for a later checkout time. There is plenty of parking at this hotel and is not directly in downtown Sedona, but it’s $25 a night to park. It’s only a two story hotel; we were on the first floor and it was incredibly noisy. We normally stay at Marriott’s, but I will be not staying at this location again due to the inflated price and low quality customer service.

Personnel was incredibly helpful, with smart approaches to customers. The view is amazing on any side of the hotel. Rooms are clean and organized. Mattresses are great, im calling back to find the brand and type. The hotal got a recent full renovation and it looks great.

This was a nice hotel with a great balcony view of the open red rock area. The room was clean and the TV options were good as far as streaming services. You do not get anything free though it would’ve been nice to at least have some free coffee in the morning, but everything is Ala cart. There were a couple things not perfect in our room such as the two overhead lights over my bed not working- plus the fan in the bathroom did not work so after showering, it would remain humid. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

It was modern and clean. We enjoyed our stay. Our toilet got clogged, but they fixed it quickly. The food at the Bistro was quite tasty. It was very convenient to have it onsite. It is on the outer edge of the main strip, but in a quiet area.,We would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sedona.

Hallway on floor 2 needed vacuuming on Monday when we arrived and still on Wed when we departed. Parking fee was a huge money grab. Certainly space not an issue.
