Checked into Hotel and when I got to room the housekeeper was still cleaning the room. She looked upset because we had our stuff and she still was not finished. Not happy with area, I would not stay there again.

The room was clean but there were almost no outlets to plug in phones for charging, etc. We had to unplug lamps to use the outlets. Housekeepers left by noon so unless we left our room much earlier (we didn’t), we couldn’t get cleaning services. Maybe because it was a weekday? And breakfast was disappointing. No protein choices and very little selection of other items. Excellent coffee, though :)

I feel like this was a bait and switch situation. The pictures look great as well as the description of the breakfast but the opposite is true. The first thing I noticed about the room is that there was carpet on the floor, not the nice flooring you see in the pictures. The breakfast area was dark and small. As far as the breakfast food goes, it was certainly not top rated. It was all sweet stuff, waffles, muffins, pastries and doughnuts. No protein items in the least. You can go next door to Dennys and get 15% off your bill, that is their answer to only having sweet items. The staff was pleasant and the bed comfortable. The biggest surprise was the ice machine, it was a nugget machine. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never seen this so it was a nice surprise and bumped my rating up.
