Clean rooms, amazing customer service, and a fantastic location right next to shops, restaurants, and pubs. You don’t need any transport to get to the beach or shops — everything is just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Have stayed at this hotel for many years and will return. Excellent service and received an upgrade on this trip. Some areas of the hotel could do with a renovation as they are looking a bit outdated but it looked like this was in progress. Thanks again!

CROSS PAASHA HAS GREAT ROOMS AND IS IN A GOID LOCATION IN SEMINYAK. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS THOUGH. THE THINGS THAT LETS THE PLACE DOWN ARE THE VERY DIRTY COVERS AND CUSHIONS ON DECK CHAIRS AND THAT BROKEN WOODWORK ON CABANAS AND SUN UMBRELLAS NEVER GETS FIXED. IF YOURE AIMING AT 5 STAR CROSS PAASHA PAY ATTENTION. CLEAN THE CUSHIONS A SUN MATTRESS REGULARLY AND FIX BROKEN THINGS IMMEDIATELY. ALL THIS LETS THE PLACE DOWN BADLY.

Beautiful hotel in centre of everything.

Hotel toom large with plenty of additional seating, very well laid out and very clean. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, when i was sick, provided the specially adapted meal i requested,. Great choices for breakfast.. The pool on the roof beautiful with comfortable sun beds. Meal prices for a hotel was very reasonable. Hotel in a good loxation easy to walk most places and a 10 mins walk to beach.

We loved it here! The staff are amazing, extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. The room was lovely - huge, with a very comfortable bed Great facilities, the rooftop pool and sun beds are great for relaxing. The restaurant food and breakfast are high quality, with plentiful options. Gym was temporarily in the basement but was still useable. The app is also very useful! Location is very central, on one of the main streets, yet it doesn’t feel like it in the hotel, perfect!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was given a welcome drink and a towelette, the rooms were exceptionally spacious and well-maintained, offering both comfort and style. The location is superb conveniently situated near shopping on the strip and just a short walk from Seminyak Square, making it ideal for both leisure and exploration. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a good variety and quality of offerings. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

the rooms were large ,clean the bed was great, the breakfast was fantastic, the pool was sunny and warm. The staff were great ,friendly and very help full. The pool tiles needed repairing and the railing the overall experience was great and we would highly recommend to others .
