Disappointed

I will say we did enjoy the condo. It was comfortable. Layout was good for our needs. There were a few minor repairs needed, but nothing that was really a problem. What was upsetting was we were not allowed to have a later checkout due to a medical condition. We only needed a couple of hours because my husband was ill. They were not accommodating at all. I probably will not stay there again.

Noisy toilet

Nice place but the sheets had hair in them like they were never changed . The toilet ran for three nights straight did not fix the issue after several calls and messages was disappointed kept me awake tried to fix it ourselves but got nowhere. response fir someone to fix it

Very clean, spacious. Comfortable beds. Easy entry. Beautiful view from balcony. Pool/hot tub clean and close to property. Whirlpool in Master was great after walking all day. Quiet. Reasonable price. Had all the amenities we needed. Loved the kitchen. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!

The only issue I had with this condo is the floors need to be mopped more often. That's an issue with the cleaners, not the owners. The property is just as listed, we would definitely stay here again.

Had a very nice get a way . Close to everything! While sitting on the deck saw a bald eagle! Put on guit the show for about ten minutes!! Awesome! Everything was well stocked and comfortable. The only thing that needs looked at is two different info books, with different information. Small thing. All was great!

Tennessee Getaway

We came to the area for the second time and really enjoyed the convenience of this condo. Located at the “non-congested” part of the main strip, it was easy to get in and out, peaceful to sit on the balcony and look at the river, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean, spacious, nicely updated and maintained. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this little condo. I really want to book it again. It’s small yet spacious. The kitchen is just great in size!! The living room decorative fireplace and the dvd options were a win. The rooms were very comfortable and bathroom were very roomy. Walmart was just down the street so getting food to cook was sooo convenient!! There is also an Applebees right beside the location!! And the price is definitely a win for me, everything else was double in price and just not convenient when you’re only there for 2 nights. My only complaint's were that there wasn’t heavier blankets. We went while it’s still cold and I could have used heavier blanket. Also there was some hair in the bigger bathroom and the sofa bed wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Thank you for allowing us to stay here!!

Girls’ weekend

Enjoyed our stay immensely, but did not enjoy the “fast and furious cars” in the parking lot across the river each night having their “ let’s see whose car can sound the loudest and I’m the bigger idiot contest.” Other than that it was great.

Great location

The building is looking kind of rough and inside It definitely has some maintenance issues. It was pretty clean, but then I realized I was sleeping on just a pillow with no pillowcase. For our quick trip it was perfect. It was cheap and a fantastic location. We were only there to sleep. The people above us had a small child and allowed him/her to run around early in the morning so that was not conducive to sleep, but that is apartment/condo living.

Had a mouse in the condo, we called about it twice. The property description said there was a pool and hot tub, did not mention it was closed for the season. Disappointed to not be able to use hot tub. Condo was very nice and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious condo close to Tanger Outlet Mall and all of the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville attraction and restaurants. Easy check-in and not a ton of tasks to complete before checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

I found this jewel while searching for a place to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was easy as pie to rent and close to everything! My grandson really loved feeding the ducks. The unit was fully supplied, quiet, and beautifully decorated.

Great Stay

I took my daughter and parents to Pigeon Forge for a small getaway. The electronic lock was a lot easier than keeping up with a key. Once we made it in, everything was tidy and clean. Had no issues while we were there. The location was great.
