Great family trip

We had a great time at the Stonehill location. The only slight concern was the shower drain was clogged and we had to call housekeeping to have someone come unclog it. They came to the room promptly and took care of the situation. The service was excellent.

Hotel was clean and staff was great at about requests for restocking room items. Some staff not as friendly or accommodating as others. Some more details about towels and the water park online or at check in would be nice. No towels at out door but water park. Shuttle was great and drivers very nice. Water parks clean and comfortable. Great stay and we enjoyed the resort.

Nice affordable place to stay. Stone Hill is actually across the st from the wilderness resort rooms but there's a shuttle that runs or you can drive over it but there's also a small outside water park for kids

Staff very polite, friendly and informative! Clean rooms with great beds which is needed after climbing the stairs to get in the many slides at the waterparks! Room service had great pizza deal after 4 pm and the shuttle took us to both waterparks and it ran continuously so no long waits! Also we were close to all the stores we wanted to shop at in our off time! Will be going back!

We wanted to try something different, and it was okay. The rooms were clean but everything closed SUPER early. The Starbucks in the lobby is only open until 11am, check in isn’t until 4 and Soaky Mountain closes at 7pm which we didn’t know until we got there at 6pm. The indoor waterpark at the main hotel is nice and stays open late but is very very crowded. Food court is overpriced and advertised as 7 restaurants but that’s not really what it is, there’s maybe 15 items to choose from from all of them combined.

This is definitely a family friendly establishment that included a stay and passes to wonderful water parks all around the building. My family and I felt safe enough to let the kids run around and have fun. We definitely plan on coming back!

We had a problem with check in the lady wrote the wrong room number down and I had to walk back down twice and the 3rd time my husband spoke with someone else and we got it fixed. It was very clean and super convenient to get around we didn't even have to leave. My family wasn't a fan of the food there and it cost us 200$ for 4 adults and 3 kids meals. Other than that we really enjoyed our time.
