Beds were like sleeping on stone slabs, pillows not comfortable, rooms could use some upgrading, from what we paid to stay there we could've stayed at an upscale hotel. You're just paying for waterpark tickets basically. The ice skating rink and parts of waterpark were closed most of the time. The old hot tub was way better than the new design next to a bunch of rowdy teenagers, the one place to actually relax you couldn't. That was our 5th time staying and looking to go elsewhere.

Room was nice, clean, and spacious for a hotel room with queen beds. I will say, our room was extremely far away - and I wondered if that was because we booked with a third party. We loved the indoor waterpark. Slide water is cold!!!! But not unbearable. The center water feature and slides were closed, so not much to review there. The trolley service runs REGULARLY! Zero issue getting to the main building. Breakfast was a bit overpriced and food wasn’t hot. Overall- we look forward to coming back in the summer! It was a great stay.

The jets didn't work on the hot tub. The hot tub was over ran with kids without parental supervision even though the rules plainly states 12 and below must have adult supervision and the lifeguards did nothing. In the lazy river there were teenagers throwing tubes on top of people trying to ride and again the lifeguards did nothing. The mattresses were so broken down that no one in our party got any sleep. They were so bad our 17 year old slept in the floor. Last of all kids were running up and down the hall screaming way past midnight, again the behavior was not stopped.
