Double charge resort fees!

BE AWARE that the hotel may charge you twice for resort fees. I had to speak to multiple staff members at the front desk to explain the overcharges. I had itemized receipts and still left without a refund. I called after 7-10 business days and apparently they refunded it to an unknown card. It sure wasn’t mine. The front desk also mixed my room with another guests room and the wrist bands for entry were wrong. It was frustrating.

It was excellent it was a partner hotel to wilderness waterpark hotel cheaper but all water fun was included and free shuttle back and forth. Less money than staying at the actual wilderness hotel

Amazing resort and excellent staff rooms are good did have trouble where the bathroom door couldn’t lock properly and our balcony door wouldn’t open properly but everything else about this resort it amazing.

I wish the property was closer to the park but the shuttle is convenient. The property was clean and the staff were very nice! We enjoyed celebrating my son’s 13th birthday with a few of his best friends! The ac in the room could have been better!

Went into the first room and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Went a got into another room to find it hadnt been cleaned very well at all. Very disappointed. Especially as much as it cost.

Nice Weekend

In town for a cheer competition at the convention center next door. Second time staying at this lodge. Everything was easy from the moment we checked in on. Beds comfortable. Even the Murphy bed! Construction was going on but it didn’t affect our stay in any way.
