These are the points that I think are most useful: 1. The pool is free to use and is lovely. Towels are also provided free of charge 2. The room safe is free to use 3. The staff are great - very welcoming and hospitable 4. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable 5. The décor and furnishings in the communal areas are lovely - the hotel even smells good! 6. The location is great - Nervión has its own scene going on, with good bars and restaurants frequented by locals. It’s on the bus routes and the metro station is outside the hotel. 7. Book breakfast - it’s great value and there’s a lot of choice. We had a brilliant week in Seville and would stay at Hesperia again. ¡Muchas gracias!

The decor and ambience at this hotel was great! All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly as stated. I requested a kettle and some tea and coffee (which was not included in the room booked) and they were more than happy to send to room.This made my mornings perfect! The pool, restaurants and all communal areas were very clean contemporary and comfortable. We were also within walking distance to many places. And if you didn't want to walk Uber and Taxi services were great. We really enjoyed our stay in Seville. Amazing City Break. Higher recommend this Hotel.

Loved it!

Wonderful hotel, great location slightly out of town but 5 mins on metro and you're in the centre of Seville. Lovely tapas place next door which was perfect for breakfast and dinner if you wanted to stay local. Small supermarket right over the road as well. Pool lovely, decor beautiful, staff great. Would absolutely stay again!

This was like an Ibis for me, lovely bar area but very average for everything else considering the price, including the location. The bar toilets were dirty every time we used them and no one was checking them, not a great first impression. We requested a sunny terrace but got a shady balcony overlooking an unsightly building/car park 😩 There was only 1 bath towel for 2 of us on arrival and blackout curtains are only worthwhile when you don’t have a GLASS door to your bathroom with huge windows (but no bath and a broken towel rail); windows that we had to keep shut due to the smell of food coming in and the general noise. There were no tea making facilities n the room so we asked for some and got a kettle but no cups? No teapots or milk jugs at breakfast which was the same offering every day. And the pool area is basically a load of loungers that can’t easily face the sun, surrounded by concrete and next to the busy road … Great big fridge/tv though 👍with easy connection to Netflix etc

Location is good Hotel is just OK

Good location and hotel is nice though I am giving leas than 5 stars as there is no Gym as it is part of the spa which is 15 euros per person each time (hotel offers to discount it 3 euros) but that is not good enough. Also rooms bathroom needs a better cleaning as there were long hair there on the floor

It is a pretty hotel, very comfortable and nice breakfast the only thing is the location, although walking is something you expect to encounter while in Seville, I saw that for the same price there are hotels more conveniently located.

The decor is beautiful and the room was lovely and well equipped. It is easy to walk to the old town and there are also close to transport links (metro and tram). When we checked in, we were given lots of information about how to get around, maps etc.
