The check in process was very poor. It took 35 minutes to conduct check in due to a slow process and not enough staff. One of the longest check in procedures I've ever experienced. The room was very comfortable especially the bed. However it lacked amenities, poor coffee facilities for example. The room was also quite noisy, very thin walls. However the hotel is very well decorated and we enjoyed the style.

Room was clean enough if a little noisy. Breakfast was excellent and the early breakfast for the day of the marathon was great. Only minor issue was despite ordering drinks in the bar area we were told we had to go to our rooms to eat the pizzas we had delivered. I’ve never had this issue hotels before and have spend many years pretty full time in them.

Fabulous location (especially if you want to go to a Seville game). 1 minute from the underground station that will take you everywhere you need to be. However if you want to walk, turn right out of the hotel and an easy walk to the old town in 15 mins. The rooms are spacious and the staff are extremely accommodating. Liked everything about my stay.

The staff were exceptional and we were looked after brilliantly. Initially the room was poor quality but when we alerted the hotel to this, they were amazing. Hugely disappointed with how Expedia advertised this property on many different pages as having a spa when in fact it is separate and expensive to use. We felt rather tricked.
