This is a very nice hotel, clean, and comfortable. The location is right in the center, close to shopping, restaurants and about 5 minutes walk to Metropol Parasol. The staff are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is fine except for limited choice of vegetables. The problem we had is very warm room, and when asked, hotel staff told us AC is not working in the entire hotel and advised we open the window to get cool air in. But it’s a bit noisy with open windows, of course. Otherwise, all is good and we would recommend it highly.

The good things were - Good location. Reception and the room which had a lovely view from the top floor and was clean, quiet and comfortable with a comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The downside was the breakfast where the fried eggs were cold as was the baked beans -did not try the bacon so cannot comment

This hotel is located right across the street from El Corte Inglés department store. Walking distance to Real Alcázar and Cathedral. We got a room on 6th floor which turns out to be very hot. The air conditioner seems not functioning well. We have to open the window to let cool air in. But in the evening it will be a bit noisy from the street downstairs

Our room smelled like sewage. Was so so bad, would come in waves even during the night and we couldn’t get rid of the smell. Was a bit dated and could have done with a referb. Location was ok, about 15/20 minute walk to the Santa Cruz area. Generally wouldn’t recommend because of the smell
