Check in took so long that it ate up precious vacation time. Nearly an hour. I have never had the process take so long at any hotel ever. The room was amazing and beds were extreme my comfortable. We stayed in the presidential penthouse.

My favorite chill getaway.

Went with a friend for three nights. Stayed in the Villa Suite. It's lovely. I called ahead and reserved the lakefront view. Two bedrooms. Two kitchens. Electric fireplace. Everything you could need for a family trip to use the plentiful amenities. Even a washer and dryer. We swam in the indoor pool. It was clean. The suite was clean. The elevator worked. The grounds are well maintained. Instead of key cards we used wristbands. Very convenient. We'll be back in September. Front desk was efficient and very kind.

Short stay, no way!

No hot tub even though it indicates it on the map. Keys didn’t work and had to drive back up to the main building when they didn’t send anyone. Shuffleboard, after we finally found it, needs to be resurfaced. Very expensive for a short stay.

The check-in process was smooth. The ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly. The room was nice, feels like an apartment. Balcony, BBQ grills outside. It was very nice overall. We will definitely be staying again.
