The exterior of the facility was really in poor shape: grass not maintained, patio area not clean, entrance area had trash, rooms looked clean but were not, rust stains in bath tib and floors in restroom. The only plus was the bed was comfortable

Staff was very nice. Room comfortable and big. Plenty of electrical outlets. Wish their swimming pool was usable; sign said renovations, open in the future. They need to repair the automatic door cam, secondary door into lobby only opened half the time. Fortunately I was able to signal door for someone else to come in, and someone was able to let me in later. Also, disappointed there was no Continental breakfast (or coffee) in the dining room as advertised.

My stay was great the housekeeping was wonderful and helpful and all three front desk staff was wonderful they was very excellent and made me feel very comfortable and satisfied. That type of customer service. Will keep business coming you have very good team.

This property has potential but needs to do better on breakfast and cleanliness. Pool not working when you have 90+ degree weather is sad. There was never enough breakfast or any selection you got bagels, coffee, tea, and occasionally juice. Bathroom shower floor needs a scrub brush to get cleaned, not knocking the property but basic hospitality is expected so at least get to that level, just a little more effort. Staff was friendly but not efficient though.

Run as fast as you can!!!!! Do NOT SLEEP HERE!!!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years! We ended up leaving after 1 night and am fighting for our money back for the night we lost by leaving. Urine was all over the toilet, hair everywhere, bugs in every room that were dead and alive. The remote looked like someone had chewed off the numbers, drywall chalk everywhere and the electrical board was exposed, only one light worked, rust in bath tub, no soap. A room with 3 beds for 6 people had only 1 towel. Smelled awful and had papers, dirt clumps and confetti pieces on the floor. Breakfast was a joke! Stale bagels and muffins. But when asked for more muffins, 30 minutes after breakfast started. The clerk informed me they could only put out 6 muffins a day!!! So they couldn’t restock for my family to eat at anything. We went to McDonalds for breakfast. There was absolutely nothing but an orange and apple to eat. No drinks, yogurt, hot stuff… literally nothing! And the pool which was why we booked the hotel is under permanent renovation and closed.

BEWARE! 10/10 do not recommend

Arrived to no air conditioner and light bulbs burned out all over the room as well as the pull out couch still unmade and used from the guests before. Ended up having to leave because they couldn’t fix any issues was told we would be refunded but never were!
