DO NOT STAY

Absolutely Terrible. Once checked in, went went to our room. Our room had not been cleaned, the dirty bedding was on the floor. We requested a room change, and were were told they were fully booked, but we could put the DIRTY BEDDING BACK ON THE BED. Disgusting offer. I need a full refund. Very disappointed.

I was at this property for a total of 30 minutes, before completely, deciding not to stay there. The room was a mess, stains on floors, bedding, and drapes. The cherry on top was when unloading our bags, a man wanted in from the street and began harassing us Making my girlfriend feel totally unsafe. After this we decided to book a different room somewhere else.

The coffee machine was broke while I was there. No backup for coffee , tea and chocolate. I requested a room on first floor because of my disabilities. I was put on the fourth floor. Door handle to desk were broke and not fixed. No hotel stationary to write notes. That is why I gave it an average score.
