Great Stay. Very clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Had great recommendations for great places to eat, and other entertainment in the area. I had an Issue with my room key not working and they were wonderful in getting me another room. Will stay here again.

The property itself was fine. My issue was I reserved a King Sized suite but had to settle for a Double Bed room on the Pet Friendly Floor due to that being all available. And the mattress was too soft for my back.

Our room could have been a little more cleaner than what it was We went to the restaurant Sportsman Paradise there was this one waitress that didn’t want to serve my husband and friends for what reason we don’t know what the problem was but finally another lady took they order and I appreciate that she actually cared but other than that I would definitely stay again

Room was clean and spacious, but still had the 2 armchairs from original Hollywood years ago. Updating would be good. A/c worked good, and bed was very comfortable. Casino had a decent variety of new slots, but room for many more.

I’m not a big alcohol consumer bar kind of wasted on me. There were no shops around walk-through. You were in a very isolated area of facility is very old. There is nomad in the bathroom so when he stepped out of the tub, your stepping on cold, porcelain and lower tile, something else was missing that I can’t think of right now the room is decent. I think the word for it is shabby. I hoped when ballys bought out this property that they would fix things up. They haven’t. It’s the same torn wallpaper from 20 years ago. Everything all over the property is dinged, scratched, ripped, cracked, stained, moldy, smelly, etc. the curtains ripped off the wall, the lamp rusty, the “fancy decor” in the casino broken and holey. Just shabby all around, looks and feels cheap. Half the Elevators broken, so there was a half hour line for an elevator. Just so not nice, the opposite of luxury. At least the price is cheap, you can definitely see why.

Floors in the room were damp. Took 20 mins for elevators each time, none of the TV’s had HDMI ports. Hotel was definitely NOT worth even near the amount that we paid for the rooms.

The bar was great, the noodle house was great! I would eat there all the time if I lived near. The only downside of Ballys is the elevator only had one working. So it was hard to get up and down.

We had to change our room 3 times cause either it was the wrong room or there we roaches in the room. the room we finally settled down with phones did not work in calling out and when we were to get in touch with the front seat to get stuff for the room they took HOURS to bring up the supplies
